If signing up in time for the early bird discount, the balance of $2495 would be due by January 25th, 2020. Otherwise, the balance of\u00a0 $2695 would be due within two weeks of making your deposit and no later than\u00a0February 20th, 2020. Please contact Carrie if you\u00a0would like\u00a0to discuss special arrangements for your payment schedule, and she will do her best to facilitate your participation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>It is highly recommended that you purchase traveler\u2019s insurance<\/em><\/strong> to protect yourself against unforeseen events that may prompt your withdrawal from the tour. <em>Refund schedule on full payment<\/em> <em>for the tour:<\/em>\u00a0100% refund if you cancel by January 25th, 2020;\u00a050% refund if you cancel by\u00a0February 20th, 2020, 25% refund if you cancel by\u00a0March 20th, 2020; 0% refund\u00a0after\u00a0March 20th, 2020. If you cancel and the tour fills up to seven participants\u00a0after your cancellation, you are eligible to receive a full refund minus $250 in administrative fees. If more than one participant cancels <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">and<\/span> the tour fills up to seven participants, full refund eligibility minus $250 in administrative fees would be based on the order of cancellations so that the first participant\u00a0to cancel would be the first eligible for a refund.
